With the use of Aboriginal iconography this artwork recounts the journey of
the Kookathaaboriginal glossary button people from the Pitjantjatjaraaboriginal glossary button lands, as they followed the rain in search of many types of bush food. The men would hunt, while the women and children gathered bush tucker.

The figures depicted are men performing what is referred too as a rain dance.
