The gently laid brush strokes represent leaves being blown by the wind. When painting this work Gloria spends days in contemplative peace, thinking of her country and the stilness.Gloria is the keeper of the Bush Medicine Leaves Dreaming and she has passed this down to her nieces, the Numina sisters. She paints this medicine leaf design as it dries on the desert floor. The leaves beneath the tress being gently lifted and swirled by the wind is her iconic work, truly inspriational.
